1. HOW IT WORKS

We've made the process of ordering beautiful wedding flower essentials super easy!
 
In the order form below, simply provide us the following:

  • Your information and event day delivery details
  • Your choices of  items & quantities from our menu
  • choose your color palette

​Once we receive your order form, we'll confirm your information & date availability and send your invoice via email:
 
  • make your payment and you're all set
  • We'll create your floral designs and deliver them to you, or have them ready for pick up!

Our Wedding Flower Essentials takes the stress out of the traditional wedding flower process.  You'll save hours of time and effort because there’s no need for a formal consultation, and no endless list of decisions to make. 

We have curated a limited menu of the most sought after pieces for intimate weddings and elopements.  Your designs will be created in our signature whimsical garden style, in your choice of one of our 5 beautiful color palette collections.

3. FLOWER MENU

To ensure you receive the quality of designs we are known for, we require a $1200 minimum on flower arrangements for our wedding essentials orders.  You can mix and match any combination of floral arrangements from the menu to create the perfect floral "package" for your event.

Flower Crown

Halo of petite blooms and textures to wear as a crown. Crowns are finished with dainty silk ribbon at the back.
Hair Flowers

Dainty collection of flowers to place in your, or your bridesmaids’ hair. Attached to a hair clip for easy placement.
Table Centerpiece

Low centerpiece for your guest tables. Arrangement will feature the best blooms of the season and are made in a low vase (yours to keep following the event). These could also be used as small ceremony arrangements.
Cake flowers

A collection of dainty blooms to decorate your wedding cake. Flowers are loose for you or the cake maker to cut and place on your wedding cake.
Bridal Bouquet

4.  FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Who is the Micro Wedding Essentials best suited for?
    This straight forward approach to wedding flowers is perfect for easy going couples looking for simplicity and are looking to leave the design details to the experts.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    To ensure you receive the quality of designs we are known for, we require a 1200.00 minimum on flower arrangements for our micro wedding essentials orders.
  • How do I place my order?
    Place your order by submitting the order form at the bottom of this page.
  • When should I place my order?
    Order forms must be submitted at least 21 days prior to your wedding date. We suggest placing your order 2-4 months before your wedding day.
  • I submitted my order form-Now what?  How do I make my payment?
    Awesome, and thank you! · We'll confirm your date availability on our calendar · Then we'll send an invoice to your email to collect payment · Upon receipt of your invoice, make your payment directly through the invoice with credit card or bank transfer · Payment in full is required to confirm your order
  • Why do you need to confirm my date?
    As a design studio, we only take a limited number of events per week. If we can't dedicate the proper time required to your floral designs, we simply can't take the order. If we confirm your date is available, you will recieve your invoice via email. If your date isn't available, we will reach out by email to let you know.
  • What will my designs look like?
    Your designs will be crafted in our signature garden style, and will be unique to you with the seasons' best blooms in your selected color palette!
  • What if I want something that's not listed on the flower menu, or if I want a consultation?
    We keep our Wedding Essentials flower menu small to keep the process super straight-forward and simple so you don't have to sweat the small stuff-so customization or additional items are not currently available.   • ­­­Where do you deliver?
    We deliver our Micro Wedding Flowers within a 30 mile radius of our studio in Ely ($50 delivery fee applies). Popular destinations include Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Solon, Mount Vernon, Amana, and West Branch. If your wedding is taking place outside of our delivery area, you are welcome to pick up your flowers from our studio the day of your wedding.
  • When will my flowers be delivered?
    Your flowers will be delivered on your wedding date within the delivery window you select on the order form. We'll confirm the delivery time with you to ensure it works with your schedule for your day.
  • Can I pick up my flowers from your studio?
    Yes, you can pick up your flowers from our home studio in Ely, IA. Plan to have plenty of flat space inside your vehicle (no truck beds please!) for the bouquet boxes to sit. Flowers must not be left a vehicle exposed to extreme temperatures. We'll provide our address for pick up on your invoice. Don't want to worry about the ins and outs of driving with flowers? Select the delivery option and let us take care of it for you.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We will provide a refund if your cancellation is confirmed with us at least 21 days prior to your scheduled delivery or pick up date. Cancellation requests received less than 21 days of your delivery or pick up date are not eligible for refund with exception of the delivery fee.
