Congratulations on your engagement! You're here to plan a beautiful wedding, and the beginning of a beautiful marriage. My ultimate goal is to make this process simple, streamlined, and fun. And I get it-you've never done this before. So here's the rundown of how this process works from the beginning all the way to wedding day:
1. INITIAL CONTACT:
Reach out and contact me! I will check your date for availability and get back to you. Once your date is confirmed, you'll receive a questionnaire via email so you can fill me in on all the great details of your big day!
Once you've completed the questionnaire and it looks like we'd be a great fit, we will schedule a time to chat (either in person or over the phone) to go over your inspiration, gather all the important details, and get excited about all the designs!
some tips for a great consultation:
Initial consultations generally take an hour or so, but depends on the individual couple's needs. Please give yourself plenty of time so we can discuss all your flower wishes in a leisurely manner :)
I suggest bringing as (or emailing) as much as you can to our meeting so you can share with me! Pictures of dresses, dress swatches, photos of planned decor, etc. The more you share with me, the better I can get a feel for your style and what would be best suited for you!
I know that it's tempting to bring your bride tribe with you to our consultation-however in my experience the fewer people at the consultation, the better. It allows us to focus more on your needs and minimizes distractions.
I will take all the goodies we discussed during our consultation and create a custom proposal that combines your inspiration with my experience and creative vision. To top it all off, you will receive a link to your "vision board"-a collection of images curated especially for you to help you envision your what I have planned for your wedding flower designs.
An initial non-refundable payment of $250 (or 25%, whichever is greater) is required to reserve your wedding date, and is applied to your final balance. This ensures your wedding date is booked with Studio Bloom.
5. FINALIZATION MEETING:
Review time! Between 1-2 months before the wedding, we will go over all the details and logistics to ensure that the order is perfect and ready to go for wedding day. We are so ready for this wedding to happen!
6. FINAL PAYMENT:
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.
7. THE BIG DAY:
Everything will be picked up or delivered and set up according to your proposal specifications that we discussed in our meetings. Time to get married!
